Return Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from us, and we’re here to make returns as simple as possible. If something isn’t quite right, you can find information below on our return process and guidelines for exchanges and refunds.
Free Exchanges within the EU Plus

We offer free size exchanges within the European Union. If in the USA, an exchange fee is charged. Please note that exchanges are only available for size adjustments. To exchange colors or models, please place a new order and return the original item.

How To Exchange Plus

Register your exchange via our return portal

Follow the instructions and choose your new size

Once the exchange has been registered, no changes can be made as this is automatic

You will receive your return label and instructions by email

As soon as your return is received at the warehouse, a new product will be shipped

Please note that we do not reserve products at the warehouse. If you want faster handling, please place a new order. 

Return Policy Plus

You can request a return for unworn and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. The return must be registered within this period, and the items should be shipped back to our warehouse within reasonable time.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any product that is damaged, unsellable, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error may be rejected or eligible for a partial refund.

Return Shipping Plus

We provide prepaid return labels for the following regions, with the cost deducted from your refund:

Sweden: 100 SEK (DHL)
Within EU: 10 EUR (DHL)
USA: 36 USD (UPS)

For other regions, we cannot provide prepaid return labels, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We also don’t charge any fees for the handling of the product. 

Shipping fees for initial orders, whether full or partial, are non-refundable.

Return Process Plus

If you're in the EU or USA,  a return label will be automatically generated when you request a return within the eligible time frame. 

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wydefootwear.com.

Uncollected Orders Plus

If you don't pick up your order or refuse it, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping cost & warehouse handling.

Non-Returnable Items Plus

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Toe Spacers & Toe Separators (no returns accepted)

Socks (no returns accepted if packaging is broken)

Damages & Issues Plus

While we conduct quality checks on all products, mistakes can happen. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. Damage claims must be submitted before returning the product.

Wyde Footwear is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid issues.

Additionally, Wyde is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we cannot assist beyond the tracking information once the package leaves our warehouse.
