We offer free size exchanges within the United States. For other regions, please register your return and place a new order.
For orders in the United States:

Once the exchange has been registered, no changes can be made as this is automatic
You will receive your return label and instructions by email
As soon as your return is received at the warehouse, a new product will be shipped
Please note that we do not reserve products at the warehouse. If you want faster handling, please place a new order.

You have the right to return your products within 14 days from the day you received the item(s).

Please note:
- The return shipping cost is covered by the customer through our portal, unless otherwise agreed or if the return is due to an error on our part.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

You must the return of the item(s) no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return.
How to return your item:
- When you register your return via our return service, you will receive the return address and a prepaid return label.
Shipping fees for initial orders, whether full or partial, are non-refundable.
You are only responsible for any reduction in value of the item if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and function.
Full refund applies if:
- The shoes have only been tried on indoors and are returned in their original condition and packaging.
A depreciation deduction may apply if:
- The shoes have been worn outdoors or show visible signs of wear. In such cases, we may deduct an amount from the refund in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.
- If the shoes are so worn that they cannot be resold, we may deny a refund entirely.
Within the USA, a return label will be automatically generated when you request a return within the eligible time frame.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wydefootwear.com.
If you don't pick up your order or refuse it, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping cost & warehouse handling.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Toe Spacers & Toe Separators (no returns accepted)
Socks (no returns accepted if packaging is broken)

While we conduct quality checks on all products, mistakes can happen. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. Damage claims must be submitted before returning the product.
Wyde Footwear is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid issues.
Additionally, Wyde is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we cannot assist beyond the tracking information once the package leaves our warehouse.
