Wide Toe Box for optimal function Our shoes have a wide toe box that lets your toes spread out the way they're meant to. A lot of brands say this, but we actually do it. This means your feet can be in their natural shape, and your big toe stays straight. This is good for your toes because it helps them stay aligned, strong, and work properly.

Flexible where it matters Your foot does not roll up like a ball and neither should your shoe to achieve optimal function. However, it is extremely important that your toes can bend freely during gait. The Arcus has a special design on the inside structure which allows for bending at the toes to accommodate optimal foot function. Engineered with precision, this shoe is designed to flex seamlessly at the toe joints, facilitating the windlass mechanism and ensuring proper gait mechanics. Ideal for navigating modern society with its asphalt, concrete, and hard symmetrical surfaces. The sole is zero-drop and offers full bendability at the toe joints, providing a distinctive blend of function and style. The Arcus is truly a functional footwear solution.

Zero drop refers to a sole that maintains an even height from the heel to the forefoot, resulting in no height difference between the two areas. This design promotes a more natural alignment of the foot and encourages a flat landing, reducing stress on joints and supporting a more balanced and natural gait.

Yes indeed, we do however recommend a gradual increase in time spent in our shoes if you are dealing with foot pain/functional problems etc. And if your troubles are severe, please consult a medical professional or reach out to our physio team to help you transition from a conventional shoe to a Wyde shoe. If done correctly it will be great for your feet and your whole body.

You’ll get more of the benefits of a Wyde shoe if you also wear foot shaped socks, which you can see above. We are very proud of our socks. Although, a conventional sock inside of a Wyde shoe is superior for your feet compared to any conventional shoe.

That Toe Pleaser

Wow, just wow what an incredible indescribably cloud softy like shoes, not just cool wide looking - but rather more comfortable-y "thick yet feels so thinyyy" inner sole which feels too sexy for the universe! Mycket Bra! I personally recommend these sneakers over any Vivos, Joe Nimble's, Skinners and Groundies out there. And trust me I own way too many barefoot shoes from all the big ones you can think of. From Magna Forest, Nimbletoes, Trektoes, Vibram's Fivefingers, Skinners, Earth Runners, Mountain Clog, Xeroshoes Aqua Cloud... just name it!

The Arcus is the best! - I just wish they would produce the Hallux in bigger sizes!

Älskar modellen och det var det andra paret jag köpte. Har gått väldigt mycket i de svarta, även när det har varit ner mot -2, så länge det inte har varit lös snö. När det inte är för kallt ute går jag utan strumpor, så hade lite otur när jag tänkte inför premiären med de nya rosa. Gick i dem utan och fick skavsår bak på ena foten. Efter det har vi haft så dåligt väder att jag mest har gått i gummistövlar 😆 Får nog gå några varv med strumpor innan jag kör utan strumpor. Utgår från att det slutar skava med tiden. Annars lika underbart sköna som mina svarta 🖤

Finally stylish shoes that are wide!!

LOVE these shoes. I’ve just begun my barefoot journey and these are such a nice compromise! They have thicker soles, but are zero drop and so wide. I haven’t found another brand with such consistently wide shoes!! So comfortable, so stylish, just ideal.

Väldigt sköna skor

Hallux är enligt mitt tycke inte lika snygga som Arcus, som dessutom också är en varmare och lite mer regntålig sko, men om sommaren (då Arcus känns för varma) är Hallux ett mycket välkommet alternativ. Jag upplever mina Hallux som luftiga, rymliga och väldigt sköna att gå i. Helt enkelt ett mycket bra komplement till Arcus!
