Our shoes have a wide toe box that lets your toes spread out the way they're meant to. A lot of brands say this, but we actually do it.
This means your feet can be in their natural shape, and your big toe stays straight. This is good for your toes because it helps them stay aligned, strong, and work properly.
The sole of our shoes is really bendy, which means your foot can move freely. This flexibility is great for your big toe, as it helps it move well, which is important when you walk or run. It helps your foot change between being flexible and firm at the right times while you're walking.

Our shoes are available in full EU sizes. If you normally wear a half size, we recommend sizing up. The wide toe box accommodates slight size differences better than conventional shoes.
No. All Wyde shoes are designed with a wide, foot-shaped toe box as standard. You do not need to size up for width. Choose your size based on foot length only.
Wyde shoes share the core principles of barefoot footwear — wide toe box, zero drop, no toe spring, and flexible sole — but with more cushioning than ultra-minimalist barefoot shoes. Think of them as the bridge between conventional shoes and pure barefoot: all the natural foot function, with comfort for everyday wear on concrete and pavement.
Zero drop means the heel and toe are at the same height — like standing barefoot. There's no elevated heel pushing your weight forward. This promotes natural posture and movement. If you're used to flat shoes like Converse or Vans, zero drop will feel familiar.
Wyde shoes don't have traditional built-in arch support. They're designed with a zero-drop, flat sole that lets your foot muscles work naturally. If you need arch support, the insoles are removable so you can use your own orthotics.
Yes. All models have removable insoles, so you can replace them with your own orthotics. Most customers find their orthotics fit well thanks to the generous toe box depth. Some customers use orthotics during a transition period and eventually switch back to our standard insole.
Our wide, foot-shaped toe box gives your big toe room to sit in its natural position rather than being compressed. Many customers with hallux valgus choose Wyde specifically for this reason.
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in unused condition — indoor try-on is fine, but visible outdoor wear means we can't accept the return. Exchanges are free for eligible regions (European Union & United States). For refund returns, we deduct a small at-cost return fee from your refund.

Due to a problem on my back, I had a foot surgery some months ago and I was advised never to wear my old shoes again. So I threw them all away and I started to try different brands of barefoot shoes, but they were still too narrow and the idea of feeling the ground doesn’t suit me at all. With Wyde shoes I feel like I walk on a cloud, it is another level of comfort and quality!

Mycket nöjd med mitt val! Redan när jag provade dem visste jag direkt att de var keepers. Dagen efter hade jag dem på mig hela dagen utan något skav eller att fötterna blev trötta.
Dessutom är de väldigt snygga. Jag förväntade mig att de skulle se klumpiga ut eftersom de är så pass breda, men det gör de verkligen inte alls.

Purchased it for a gift, ended up keeping it for myself haha.
Already got a black Soma for work and since i couldn´t get it off my feet once i tried it, i purchased a second par as a gift but kept it to wear on casual occasions so the black would last longer.
As with black Soma, i feel this model is probably the shoe model that ticks most boxes that i have ever seen.

Honestly I am just so thankful for Wyde! Finally a brand that produces shoes that fit my extra wide buniony feet! They bring all the benefits of barefoot shoes like no arch support, zero drop, a wide toe box, without actually being barefoot. The Soma have a thicker sole which was exactly what I was looking for. Since I suffer from a leg lenght discrepancy, I have to adjust all my shoes. They have a really wide toe box, much volume for the foot (almost too much for my feet), are cushioned for long walks and on top of all that they look very stylish! Thank you, Wyde! (See how they compare to other shoes, in the picture from left to right: Wyde Soma, Altra Lone Peak 9+, Asics Gel Venture 6. Looking back now, I can't believe I squeezed my feet in such narrow and pointy shoes like Asics for years..!)

I’ve always had very wide feet, a high arch, and a high instep, which has made finding comfortable shoes difficult my entire life. In my late 40s, I also developed hallux valgus along with back, knee, and hip pain. Since I walk a lot at work at the hospital, it became a serious problem.
I bought SOMA because of their foot-shaped design and shock-absorbing sole, and they’ve honestly been life-changing for me. I can move much more freely now without the pain afterwards, both at work and in my free time. I’ve even been able to return to group fitness classes again.
I now own three pairs of SOMA shoes, as well as other models from Wyde, because they’ve made such a positive difference for my body and quality of life!

The Soma sneakers are soft and comfortable to wear, with lots of space for my extraordinary wide feet! The design and the colour is very nice, so I am very pleased. Efter att ha använt Vivos i några år insåg jag till slut att man behöver viss dämpning på alla hårda underlag vi har i den moderna världen. Dessa kan jag gå med hur länge som helst och hur långt som helst utan ansträngning som mer minimalistiska skor kan ge efter några timmar. Man bara studsar fram på ett naturligt sätt och det är verkligen roligt att gå i dom.

Fin sko, jag följde storleksråden men de blev ju alldeles för stora. Tänkte att jag vänjer mig men efter två dagar insåg jag att vi kommer aldrig att passa ihop, så det går ju inte att skicka tillbaka dem. Har flera Joe Nimble, Leguano, BotyLuks, fivefingers så för mig blev det som att byta porchen mot en traktor. Modellen passade helt enkelt mina magra fötter. Jag ska se till att prova nästa gång för jag gillar era skor, ni har nog andra som det inte är lika mycket dämpning och "skomassa" runt foten. Men den kostnaden får vänta lite. Det är bra skor.

Några av de skönaste skorna jag har ägt. Även om det tar några veckors inväjning, så får tårna äntligen plats att breda ut sig och jag får inte längre ont på utsidan av foten när jag går och inga naglar skavar hål på tån bredvid. Värda varenda krona.

Har tidigare köpt en annan modell i storlek 40 men tå nr 2 tog i kanten så jag skickade tillbaka den. Nu köpte jag storlek 41 Kanske skulle jag bytt till 40 för de glappar.
Är för vida runt hälen . Kanske funkar bättre på hösten med tjockare sockor. Har tunna fötter och smala hälar med en knöl bak som gör att jag måste gå upp i storlek.
Problemfötter. Skulle beställt 2 storlekar och kännt efter hemma. Synd att det inte finns någonstans där de går att prova.
Har gjort storlekskollen den säger storlek 40. Brukar aldrig lyckas med att beställa skor utan att prova olika modeller och storlekar.

Jag undrar nu efter att jag har provat och gått med dem ute, om jag skulle haft ett nummer större ? Det är i främre vid mina tår, kanske lite för trångt. Har i vanliga fall 39 i storlek. Annars var dom sköna. Kan jag ha sockor i dem ?
