Our shoes have a wide toe box that lets your toes spread out the way they're meant to. A lot of brands say this, but we actually do it.
This means your feet can be in their natural shape, and your big toe stays straight. This is good for your toes because it helps them stay aligned, strong, and work properly.
The sole of our shoes is really bendy, which means your foot can move freely. This flexibility is great for your big toe, as it helps it move well, which is important when you walk or run. It helps your foot change between being flexible and firm at the right times while you're walking.
Our shoes are designed so your weight is evenly spread across your whole foot when you stand or walk. This helps you walk and move in a more natural way. It's also good for the muscles in your heels and calves because it lets them move fully and get stronger. Plus, our shoes help the muscles in your foot work better and support the arch of your foot naturally.

Our shoes are available in full EU sizes. If you normally wear a half size, we recommend sizing up. The wide toe box accommodates slight size differences better than conventional shoes.
No. All Wyde shoes are designed with a wide, foot-shaped toe box as standard. You do not need to size up for width. Choose your size based on foot length only.
Wyde shoes share the core principles of barefoot footwear — wide toe box, zero drop, no toe spring, and flexible sole — but with more cushioning than ultra-minimalist barefoot shoes. Think of them as the bridge between conventional shoes and pure barefoot: all the natural foot function, with comfort for everyday wear on concrete and pavement.
Zero drop means the heel and toe are at the same height — like standing barefoot. There's no elevated heel pushing your weight forward. This promotes natural posture and movement. If you're used to flat shoes like Converse or Vans, zero drop will feel familiar.
Wyde shoes don't have traditional built-in arch support. They're designed with a zero-drop, flat sole that lets your foot muscles work naturally. If you need arch support, the insoles are removable so you can use your own orthotics.
Yes. All models have removable insoles, so you can replace them with your own orthotics. Most customers find their orthotics fit well thanks to the generous toe box depth. Some customers use orthotics during a transition period and eventually switch back to our standard insole.
Our wide, foot-shaped toe box gives your big toe room to sit in its natural position rather than being compressed. Many customers with hallux valgus choose Wyde specifically for this reason.
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in unused condition — indoor try-on is fine, but visible outdoor wear means we can't accept the return. Exchanges are free for eligible regions (European Union & United States). For refund returns, we deduct a small at-cost return fee from your refund.

I am a cosmetologist and am on my feet all day. I have been on a journey transitioning to anatomically shaped footwear that started when I noticed bunions and bunionettes appearing on my feet. I've tried several barefoot brands, but didn't want something too thin because I stand on hard floors all day for work. I also have short, wide, duck-foot shaped feet that are very hard to find correctly shaped shoes for. For reference they are 9 1/4 inches long and just over 4 inches wide, I got a size 38 and they fit great. The Wydefootwear Novas are very comfortable, very flexible, actually wide enough in the toe box for a good splay, and have just enough cushion so my feet don't hurt at the end of my work day. I wear them with compression toe-socks and are plenty wide to accommodate the extra spread, unlike some other "wide" toe-box shoes I've tried. The price is intimidating, but they have absolutely been worth it. The leather is very soft and flexible and high quality. The shoes are easy to keep clean. The soles are durable, and the insoles feel good. I will note that one of the insoles was bunched up in the right shoe when it arrived, but was very easy to adjust and realign into the shoe. I love my Novas and am saving up for another pair to be my every-day shoes as don't like wearing my work shoes casually (being covered in hair and all that.)

Was hesitant to get these as I'm just entering the wide toe box world, but I'm so happy I did. These shoes are so incredibly comfortable, and I got black so they're low profile and go with any outfit. I've had them for two months and they're holding up fairly well, the outer leather has some significant creases but no ripping, loose seams, or any wear of concern yet. I did get a black Friday discount, so full price is a bit much for me, but if you're on the fence I'd definitely get these and invest in your foot health. Free your feet from the coffin shoes!!

They have no heel, so they spare my back. They make me feel very sturdy while walking. They needed some stretching out at first and I needed to take the insoles out, but I'm happy overall for very durable shoes. Surprisingly warm on clear sidewalks too in December.

Väldigt sköna. Har alltid haft problem och hitta en sko som passar. Kan dock tycka att innersulan är väldigt tunn och lite lätt att väcka sig smått i hälen. Det gäller även Soma skon. Skon är väldigt bra för övrigt i kvalitén.

I have three pairs of Nova and indeed am wearing my favourite white ones right now. They are just fabulous and for me (I also own a pair of Somas and the trainers) they are hands down the best. I only bought the black for more sombre occasions but am happy to have them. Love the Novas!

Jag har BREDA fötter! Har alltid problem med att hitta bekväma skor. Nova dual black är hel magiska! Jag kunde gå på promenad i dessa direkt, behövdes inte lästas ut. Pga bredden kunde jag gå ner en storlek annars brukar det vara tvärtom, får köpa större skor för att bredden ska öka.
Jag rekomenderar varmt dessa skor.

Seems to be a good shoe but didn’t fit my foot at all. Both the front and back were too high around the ankle, making the shoe uncomfortable. The front might have been because I have low volume feet and have to tighten them a lot. Why the back is chosen to go up as high as it does I can’t make out.

As someone with EE feet I have always struggled to find shoes that fit. I have been wearing the Altra Lone Peak (wide) for the last few years, which is a fine shoe, but I have been searching for a casual flat soled sneaker with a wide toe box as an alternative. The Nova is exactly what I have been looking for - stylish and very comfortable for my wide feet. The size guide was spot on and they fit perfectly.
They are certainly not a 'barefoot' shoe, but the sole thickness is 'just right' to me for walking a few miles on pavement or cycling for a few hours without feeling overly stiff. They are also not an ultralight shoe, but this will hopefully translate into a longer lifespan (and the build quality seems very good / solid). Thumbs up and thanks to WYDE for making such a great shoe for those of us with wide feet!

These are decent-ish for outside use, but have the square-cut grip on the soles like many other running shoes. Stones constantly get caught in those, and you need another set of shoes for indoors if the place has hardwood.

Som vi beskrev när vi var i kontakt inför köpet fungerar våra skor generellt väldigt bra vid hallux valgus (det är en av våra absolut nöjdaste kundgrupper) då den breda tåboxen ger stortån utrymme och minskar trycket mot leden. Samtidigt skiljer sig upplevelsen från person till person, och i vissa fall behövs en längre invänjningsperiod eller annan anpassning.
