How do I find the right size?

For most customers, our digital sizing tool works great. Just click Size Guide above choosing your size and follow the instructions.

If you would like to measure manually, please follow our manual size guide here. If you're between sizes, size up.

Do you offer half sizes?

Our shoes are available in full EU sizes. If you normally wear a half size, we recommend sizing up. The wide toe box accommodates slight size differences better than conventional shoes.

I have wide feet — do I need to size up for width?

No. All Wyde shoes are designed with a wide, foot-shaped toe box as standard. You do not need to size up for width. Choose your size based on foot length only.

Are these barefoot shoes?

Wyde shoes share the core principles of barefoot footwear — wide toe box, zero drop, no toe spring, and flexible sole — but with more cushioning than ultra-minimalist barefoot shoes. Think of them as the bridge between conventional shoes and pure barefoot: all the natural foot function, with comfort for everyday wear on concrete and pavement.

What does "zero drop" mean?

Zero drop means the heel and toe are at the same height — like standing barefoot. There's no elevated heel pushing your weight forward. This promotes natural posture and movement. If you're used to flat shoes like Converse or Vans, zero drop will feel familiar.

Do your shoes have arch support?

Wyde shoes don't have traditional built-in arch support. They're designed with a zero-drop, flat sole that lets your foot muscles work naturally. If you need arch support, the insoles are removable so you can use your own orthotics.

Can I use my own orthotics / custom insoles?

Yes. All models have removable insoles, so you can replace them with your own orthotics. Most customers find their orthotics fit well thanks to the generous toe box depth. Some customers use orthotics during a transition period and eventually switch back to our standard insole.

Are Wyde shoes good for hallux valgus (bunions)?

Our wide, foot-shaped toe box gives your big toe room to sit in its natural position rather than being compressed. Many customers with hallux valgus choose Wyde specifically for this reason.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in unused condition — indoor try-on is fine, but visible outdoor wear means we can't accept the return. Exchanges are free for eligible regions (European Union & United States). For refund returns, we deduct a small at-cost return fee from your refund.

Jag har länge använt Wyde Arcus. Har två par storlek 38 som jag trivs fantastiskt med. Har nu köpt ett par Nova men blev tvungen att ta en storlek större dvs 39. (Det var superenkelt att byta)
Nova är lika sköna som Arcus men känns lite smidigare och lättare.
Har använt andra barefoot -skor men de har ofta en för tunn sula. Wyde gör. skor som fungerar!

Väldigt konstiga och svåra att gå i

Väldigt konstiga och svåra att gå i. Jag är stelopererad i min vänstra fotled. Efter det bröt jag den över operationsplattan. Sedan opererades jag igen och gjorde då en operation som kallades märgspik. Denna gjordes i mitten av februari-26. När jag började gå i skor igen 1 juni har jag använt Hoka Clifton 10 med lite ”rull”. Nu känns Nova väldigt platt och svår att gå i. Känns som att sulan är för tunn och platt. Får hoppas att jag kan lära mig att gå i dem. Skorna var ju inte billiga precis!

Beautiful, but not comfortable. A huge disappointment.

When I first saw the Nova sneakers, I thought I had finally found my perfect fit. The length, width, and overall volume are excellent for my feet. Unfortunately, two design issues make them uncomfortable to wear.

First, the internal heel seam is extremely rough. It took only 20 minutes to develop painful blisters. The seam isn't visible in the product photos, and if I had known it was there, I would never have bought this model. The worst friction comes from the corners where the stiff heel counter meets the padded lining. I've worn barefoot shoes for years and never experienced this with any other brand.

Second, the toe box is too low over the big toe. The front of the shoe slopes down quite sharply, leaving almost no vertical space for the toenail. The upper constantly presses on the nail while walking. Anyone with sensitive or ingrown toenails should be aware of this. Sizing up doesn't really solve the problem because then the shoe becomes too long that shifts the ball of the foot into the narrower part of the shoe instead of the widest part, which in my case puts excessive pressure on my foot joints and causes pain.

The Nova is beautifully made and looks fantastic, but it's comfortable only when standing still. I won't buy this model again. I hope future designs will be more foot-friendly and better reflect the comfort promised in the product description.

On the toe box height: Nova is built with generous width and volume but no shoe fits everyone. We'd love to learn more though. One thing worth trying is removing the insole for extra vertical space, or replacing it with a thinner one. Nova is designed to work with, without, or with a thicker insole depending on the wearer's needs.

Somewhat regret not going up a size

Somewhat regret not going up a size. Compared to almost any other options, these are almost as wide as I'd like them to be in the midfoot and overall more comfortable than most full-on barefoot shoes; however I do still find them a little too narrow and perhaps going up a size would have solved this. Price is steep too, but if you've been looking forever and spending money year after year on shoes that are too narrow and not comfortable Id say its worth it.

Gem of a shoe!

Super comfortable shoe that really fills a gap in the industry! I was so thankful to finally find a brand focused on foot health that wasn’t a barefoot shoe. Customer service was great, and shipping was incredibly fast. The only small thing I’d love to see is a little more depth on the pinky toe side. I sized up to address that, but realized after, the overall fit would probably be better if I hadn’t. Looking forward to trying other models too!

Wonderful Wyde--so close to perfect!!!

I found Wyde via Anya's Reviews and was excited for a truly WIDE sneaker with a bit more cushion (and a lot more width) than my Xero Shoes. After 2 weeks in my Wydes, I'm very happy with one or two caveats: these shoes are heavy! And for a female with a medium-volume foot, it was bulkier than I'm used to, especially around the top of foot/ankle, thus the 4 stars. If Wyde's creators can lighten up the shoe and make it less bulky (or maybe make a female-specific version, keeping the wide toe box but making it lighter/less clunky at the ankle), it'd be an easy 5 stars. That said, I already ordered my second pair of sneakers because my toes have actually splayed even further since wearing Wyde--so awesome!!

I had great hopes for these shoes

I had great hopes for these shoes. Unfortunately, they rubbed the backs of my heels. There were also small parts of the rubber coming unglued in the front; not sure they would hold up over time. Unrelated to the shoes themselves, customer service was super slow. Overall a disappointing experience.

Har börjat på allvar att använda mina skor nu

Har börjat på allvar att använda mina skor nu. Är helnöjd. Har problem med en höft vid bland annan promenader. Kunde igår gå 5km nästan utan problem.

Not as oblique and anatomical-but still ergonomic.

This footwear is excellent(ALTHOUGH I HAVE DETECTED PERSONALLY, VERY MINUSCULE CHANGE IN THE TOE BOX AREA)”very marginal less oblique”not quite as anatomical,BUT STILL VERY ERGONOMIC:)I color dyed them with a very light coat of watered down red-rust color,I call it sandblasted.

They were too high on the heel and really aggravated my Achilles tendon. I have tried to return them but customs are sending them back to me, because the toll info was incorrect. This is really frustrating because I did what I was supposed to. So I would not recommend having to return them which cost me 234kr - very disappointing.

Känns egentligen mycket bra

Känns egentligen mycket bra, men tar tid att"skola in". Förmodligen p g a att mina tidigare skor har haft en uppbyggd häl. Så just nu har jag mer ont i fötterna och även i knä/höft (antagligen felbelastning). Ser fram emot att kunna använda dem fullt ut. De känns så sköna och så rätt för mina fötter.

Väldigt skön sko att gå i. Jag valde stlk 39 o har troligtvis egentligen 38,5 så den känns lite för stor, men annars bra. Jag skulle gärna se modeller som sticker ut lite i sin utformning men ändå behåller avsedd fotkomfort.
