How do I find the right size?

For most customers, our digital sizing tool works great. Just click Size Guide above choosing your size and follow the instructions.

Do you offer half sizes?

Our shoes are available in full EU sizes. If you normally wear a half size, we recommend sizing up. The wide toe box accommodates slight size differences better than conventional shoes.

I have wide feet — do I need to size up for width?

No. All Wyde shoes are designed with a wide, foot-shaped toe box as standard. You do not need to size up for width. Choose your size based on foot length only.

Are these barefoot shoes?

Wyde shoes share the core principles of barefoot footwear — wide toe box, zero drop, no toe spring, and flexible sole — but with more cushioning than ultra-minimalist barefoot shoes. Think of them as the bridge between conventional shoes and pure barefoot: all the natural foot function, with comfort for everyday wear on concrete and pavement.

What does "zero drop" mean?

Zero drop means the heel and toe are at the same height — like standing barefoot. There's no elevated heel pushing your weight forward. This promotes natural posture and movement. If you're used to flat shoes like Converse or Vans, zero drop will feel familiar.

Do your shoes have arch support?

Wyde shoes don't have traditional built-in arch support. They're designed with a zero-drop, flat sole that lets your foot muscles work naturally. If you need arch support, the insoles are removable so you can use your own orthotics.

Can I use my own orthotics / custom insoles?

Yes. All models have removable insoles, so you can replace them with your own orthotics. Most customers find their orthotics fit well thanks to the generous toe box depth. Some customers use orthotics during a transition period and eventually switch back to our standard insole.

Are Wyde shoes good for hallux valgus (bunions)?

Our wide, foot-shaped toe box gives your big toe room to sit in its natural position rather than being compressed. Many customers with hallux valgus choose Wyde specifically for this reason.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in unused condition — indoor try-on is fine, but visible outdoor wear means we can't accept the return. Exchanges are free for eligible regions (European Union & United States). For refund returns, we deduct a small at-cost return fee from your refund.

I received my order of a pair of Nova in beige and green with two extra insoles and a pair of toe separators about a day after placing my order. All was neatly packed and very satisfactory.

As for the shoes themselves, they are great. They are the first shoes I have worn without actively feeling the sides pressing in on the edges. They feel almost like wearing very well made slippers.

In summary: Best shoes I've ever had. I would pay double.

They are super comfortabel, the size guide worked very well and they arrived very quickly. The only downside is the price. If they weren’t so expensive I would’ve bought them in every color.

Har nu använt mina Nova-skor i två veckor och älskar dessa redan! Har gått i "barfota-liknande" skor senaste fem åren men Wyde är något annat. Jag tycker att skorna är sköna och lagom mjuka i sulan, dessutom finns det gott om plats för alla tår. Det är som att tårna får sitt egna rum och kan röra sig fritt. Fick ta en storlek större skor än vanligt för att ge tårna tillräckligt med space. För att få en skön känsla när jag går snörar jag skorna lite tajtare och då sitter de och ger stabilitet för foten.
Har redan beställt mitt andra par Nova i annan färg så att jag kan alternera mellan de båda!

The best minimalist life style shoe I've tried

Its the best minimalist life style shoe I've tried. The only shoe that is wide enough for my foot when I'm using my toe spacer.

I've got two negatives. One is it's weight, the other is it's feel on the foot. I believe both is a result of prioritizing style over barefoot function, which isn't bad, but a trade-off. My point of reference is minimalist barefoot shoes which interrupts my senses very little. So relative to that, Novas feel clumsy and heavy. However compared to mainstream urban sneakers these feel perfect.

Skorna är jättesköna, när man vant sig vid att fötterna ser ut som ”ankfötter”. Jag tycker lädret på ovansidan framme vid tårna blir bucklig, vilket är ett minus. Det stora minuset är att det vita lädret blivit brunkrackelerat efter en dryg månads användning. Det är dåligt för skor för 2200 kr. Annars mår mina fötter bra av konceptet, men som sagt, lite fin om fötterna vill man även vara.

Fantastisk barfota sko.
Har kört barfota skor från och till över en 6-7 års period. Testat vivo & även en hel del av de mer populära sneakers.
Att få återvända och att skon är såpass bra, är fantastiskt.
Väldigt bred, bra kvalité och mjuk och fin sula utan att vara lövtunn. Personliga preferenser hade varit om sulan gick att få något tjockare. Låt oss säga 5mm utan att bli för styv.
Hoppas verkligen det går bra för wyde så jag får åtnjuta mer bra produkter för oss med breda fötter.

På minus kontot så har jag bara en sak: att lädret på de vita Nova, har en naturlig variation enligt företaget själva, vilket leder till att de ser lite slitet och missfärgat ut på sina kanter. Ingen katastrof men värt att nämna.
